Spring cleaning never looked so good. Fall in love with your home all over again. That’s the feeling we wanted our members to experience. By rebranding and redesigning the SC Johnson CRM program, we launched a new brand that offered fresh ideas, helpful advice, useful tools and a rich community—all while helping to sell home care products. A rot rider, a painting hippo and some green little dudes that sing about brushing. To get those pearly whites, kids were invited to travel to Sparkle City to learn all about dental health. There they could explore an interactive story, helping Gina the Giraffe fight the rot rides, paint some stars with a very creative Hippo, sing karaoke with the Sparkles and more. What did I do?
